Change of Mind Returns

We have 14-day change of mind return policy on refurbished items. Full refund will be given within the first 14 days. The following criteria must be met:

1. You must contact us within 14 days of order to request a return.
2. The item is in suitable packaging with no missing or damaged parts.
3. The item is in the same condition as it was originally sent

Please Note:

1. Refunds can only be made to the original account of payment.
2. The customer is responsible for return postage costs
3. Original postage and insurance costs are not refundable.
4. We reserve the right to refuse returned items if the conditions above are not met, a postage fee may also apply.

Warranty Returns

Products purchased from our store are come with warranty. If an item is found to be faulty within 14 days, the item will be treated as Dead on Arrival (DOA). Outside of this period, the item will be processed as a standard warranty case.

Physical or liquid damage is not covered by DOA or warranty.

DOA claims are eligible for a refund or replacement, given the following criteria are met:

1. We are notified of the issue within 14 days of the receiving the order.

Please Note:

1. A replacement or refund will be issued after the faulty item has been returned to us.
2. Assessment may apply in some circumstances before a refund or replacement can be issued.

Standard Warranty Claims Policy

Items found to be faulty outside of the 14-day period will be subject to standard warranty terms. Please contact us to initiate warranty claim.

In case of a defect or an issue, we will address the situation in the following order:

1. First, we will attempt to repair the product at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts.
2. If repair is not possible, we will exchange the product with a comparable replacement unit.
3. As a last resort, if neither repair nor exchange is feasible, we will issue a full refund of the purchase price.
